This is a survey being conducted by ‘Adhikaar’, New Delhi, to access the impact that the Delhi High Court Judgement on Section 377, has had on the lives of LGBT and other sexual minority individuals in India.

We are now approaching the 2 year anniversary of the judgement. We feel this is a good time to take stock and inform ourselves better, so that we are better equipped to strategise future activism and advocacy on sexual minority rights in India.

Moreover please fill this form only if you have lived in India for a majority of the last 2 years, and or if you have direct knowledge of the impact that this judgement has had on the lives of sexual minorities even if you yourself have not lived in India.

This survey is completely voluntary and the fact that you have filled it up would mean that you satisfy the above criteria. We urge you to attempt all the questions honestly and to the best of your ability while filling up this survey and thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience.
