Film Documenting Homophobia in Italy Through Eyes of Gay Couple Set for London Screening

LONDON, April 29, 2010  –  A film about how the lives of a gay couple in Italy changed when the Italian Government announced a draft law that would give rights to unmarried gay couples and the homophobia that followed, is to get its first-ever London screening ahead of its DVD release in June.

The Gay and Lesbian Humanist Association (GALHA) and the South Place Ethical Society (SPES) have announced an exclusive screening of the film Suddenly Last Winter on the evening of May 16 to mark the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia (IDAHO),
